Long missed landmarks of Kowloon return as sugar miniatures on a spinning table reminiscent of a time wheel, radiating their final glamour.  As music plays and the wheel spins, the landmarks are crushed one by one with a hammer, just like how hawkers made the traditional confections "Deung Deung Tong" in old Hong Kong. The debris, which tastes ginger and other nostalgic flavours, is then made into kaleidoscopes of magnificent lights and shades.
