A full-course, Agentic AI-generated dinner exploring how Explainable AI
(XAI) fosters empathy.

This event is the concluding phase of our ‘XAI for Empathy’ project, in which
AI agents role-played as a "board of directors" made up of classic fairy tale
characters representing various personalities. Together, the AI agents
stimulated how different personalities behave and collaborated to generate
unique recipes and meeting minutes.

We have been cooking the dishes derived from these AI results, letting the audiences join us as our "shareholders" to taste and evaluate the board members’ work. The audiences' feedbacks on this edible experience helped us to validate our research and

explore whether AI can bridge human perceptions to build empathy.
